Bc the “””discourse””” is meant to take exactly that away from us, and there are WAYYYYY too many aspec/questioning youngns out there having to have their humanity FURTHER questioned and their lives threatened/suicide baited and other things (like being told asexuality is 18+, inappropriate for sex-ed, & TMI) by people we generally expect with accept us, unlike the rest of society that def doesn’t (on & offline!).   

So yeah, I’m involved and that’s not likely to stop (although my involvement will fluctuate over time) bc I care about these kids, other aspecs, & our allies. I also care about the super young exclusionists who are being fed horribly bigoted lies and need/deserve a better education.

There’s a master list of ace inclutionists compiled by ace exclutionists in a secret group on fb called ‘exclutionist central’ So be really careful who you add on fb.
From what I’ve found out it was compiled as a block list but is how being used for doxxing and harassment.
I only found out about it because white a few people in an asexuality group I’m in are having to delete their fb’s due to harassment and people have been doxxed etc.
This is really fucking nasty so be careful out there guys

I’m completely not so terribly sorry that people are “cluttering up” your “discourse” tags with cute animals and positivity. Must make it really hard to have meaningful debates and convince everyone how right you are. Oh wait, you weren’t doing that anyway.

And I’m really really not at all so very very sorry that after people have posted porn/gore/hate/discourse/whatever in positivity tags that funny pictures and adorable creatures in your “discourse” tags is where you draw the line.

And I’m obviously not ridiculously abjectly sorry that I prioritize the people who use those tags to self harm and have said that it helps them to see happy, calming things there over you and your slight annoyance that you had to see a fluffy duck before you could go back to hating on aces.

And I was told I was homophobic for saying posting harmful things in positivity tags is worse than posting harmless things in discourse tags.

Anyway #CareBearStare is wonderful and I have been told by people who use the discourse tags to self harm that positivity and cute/calming things there are helpful to them, so I’m not stopping no matter how many people are mildly annoyed (oh the tragedy)
